      Yes our store with showroom and service center is located in Rotselaar, close to Leuven.

      Tuesday to Friday from 10-12 and from 1-6 p.m.
      Saturday from 10-12 and from 1-16 p.m.

      Yes we have several models and brands on display that you can do a no-obligation test drive with.

      Most repairs are completed between 1 and 3 business days if we have the parts in stock.
      If we do not have the parts in stock the estimated delivery time will be communicated to the customer.
      If you are coming from far away you can also wait while we do the repair. This can be done by appointment only.
      For tire repair or replacement, you can usually wait on-site for the repair.

      Our company will do its best to send you an estimate within 24 hours. Larger projects may take a little longer to receive a quote because there are more factors to consider and more work goes into preparing the quote. Our technicians are experts who communicate with you every step of the way. We work efficiently so that your repair or remodel is done quickly and with high quality.

      We have a payment terminal. You can pay by bancontact and all other common credit cards. Cash is also possible.
      The purchase of a new e-step can also be paid for with eco-vouchers from Sodexo, Edenred or Monizze.

      When you purchase an e-step, you always receive an invoice.
      For a repair, this is not a problem either. Please do communicate this in advance.

      The warranty on a new e-scooter is 2 years (1 year on the battery)
      We provide a 1-year warranty on repairs.

      Our service center is in Rotselaar, 5 minutes from the E314 exit 21 Holsbeek.

      Yes we regularly have demo units sold at a lower price.

      We also take over steps that we then put completely in order.
